At MED Design, our longstanding partnership with Rabat Local Council has always revolved around making a positive impact on the community. We're thrilled to share some exciting news from the heart of Rabat, which underscores our commitment to the educational sector of our portfolio.

Rabat's Mayor, Silvio Schembri, has been listening to the needs of the Rabtin community, particularly those residing in the Nigret area. In response to these needs, a significant development is underway. Public property will be allocated to the Victoria Local Council, where a brand-new Day Care Center for the Elderly will be constructed.

This centre represents a €350,000 investment in the welfare and well-being of Rabtin residents. It will feature a versatile hall for various activities and amenities tailored to the specific needs of the elderly. Moreover, it will provide the Victoria Local Council with the flexibility to extend its support to local associations, benefiting the entire community.

We extend our appreciation to Mayor Sandro Craus for his unwavering commitment to realising this project for the residents of Rabat. We also acknowledge the Land Authority's understanding of the importance of this social project.
