What You'll Do:
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budgets
- Coordinate with our structural and interior design departments in the preparation of specifications for projects
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
- Collaborate with our talented team of professionals to ensure project success
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Bachelor Degree in civil engineering will also be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Malta
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills in English, knowledge of Maltese is considered a bonus
- Must have own transport
- A passion for precision, numbers, and attention to detail
