Project Overview
Nestled in the serene part of Mgarr, our project comprises of two detached villa homes, each offering a harmonious blend of contemporary and traditional Maltese architecture. These two-storey residences are a mirror image of each other, featuring a thoughtfully designed layout that caters to modern living.

Space and Functionality
These villas are thoughtfully divided into three levels, each serving a distinct purpose. The basement level is dedicated to a well-equipped gym and ample storage space. The ground floor embraces an open-plan kitchen and living area, exuding a spacious and inviting ambiance. It also accommodates a roomy bedroom and a convenient garage for your vehicle.

As you ascend to the first floor, you'll discover two more bedrooms, one of which boasts an ensuite bathroom and access to a private terrace. Additionally, the circulation area opens to two more terraces, offering captivating vistas and creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere.
